A sport-utility vehicle struck and killed an unidentified man in his 60s this morning as he was crossing the street near the Sepulveda Pass, authorities said. The man, who will not be identified until his family is notified, tried to cross the street against a red light shortly before 9 a.m. and was struck, said Sgt. Roy Ballesteros of the Los Angeles police West Traffic division. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The collision occurred near Skirball Center Drive and Sepulveda Boulevard.
